This first episode answers the question, “What do you mean by “rivers” of conditioning?”
Here, I detail in-depth what conditioning is—hint, you might call it a limiting belief or even an automatism. Then I go into the three main sources of your conditioning, because if you don’t know where they come from, you won’t be able to do anything about them.
Subsequent episodes will go on to tackle big questions like, How do you perceive your conditioning? and What takes the place of conditioning once you’ve uncovered it?
