Ep.38 How to Best Use the Epagomenal Days to Supercharge Your Projects

This is a subject that makes me all like, I don’t ever find the right words I find like I use excited I use giddy. If you’ve got other words you let me know. But this is one of those episodes you’re gonna want to lean into and really listen to because beyond the plant wisdom. This brings the power of the plants in with the planning powers of divinities, so you are not going to want to miss it. So without further ado, I present to you episode 38. Enjoy.

This is my favorite time of year, okay, and it’s my favorite time of year for probably a slightly different reason than you think. Right? This is the December period and most people are experiencing the traditional holidays all great, all great, more power to you. But for me, this is the most wonderful time of the year, because it is the Nativity connected to the beginning of the Epagomenal Days. The impact on mental Well, being a epagomenal days ever heard of them? If not, don’t worry about it. I’m going to tell you all about it. Because the epagomenal days are super special days out of time and they mark the birth of many different types of divinity. He’s right so let me let me go back and give you some ancient we’ll use the word history.

I mean, I think most people would want to call it mythology but I call it history. So Egyptian history to be exact to a time when the sun god raw, forbade newts, the sky Goddess from bearing any children any day of the year. So the reason why seriously go do some research into that there’s that story would make it even longer but I just want to give you the basics and then get into why these days are so important, but this story helps us frame everything. So why he really did this what the heck sun god Ra was pissed off at the side notice nude about nobody really 100% knows probably because you know he was the second in command. And if she had children, he would be behind all those little kitties in order to get a shot at the power but call that an educated guess. Right? We’re not 100% Sure.

Anyways, no goes off and as taught the god of wisdom for some advice. He chews on the problem for a while and then hatches a plan now, Knuth would gamble at something called drafts, drafts. I don’t know everybody pronounces a different it’s basically an ancient form of checkers. Okay. With kung fu the God of the moon moonlight. Got to the moon right. Moonlight was the only rival to Ross sunlight so you have moonlight and sunlight so we have we have raw telling Newt. You can’t have any kids anytime of the year a nude saying hmm how am I going to deal with this talk goes go over with katsu and start playing this game this ancient form of checkers and bet him a little bit of moonlight.

So the wager was that every time that console would lose, he had to give some of his moonlight to Newt concert wasn’t actually a very good player. So we lost a bunch of times, essentially giving nude enough moonlight to add five extra days to the year. So these days are considered to be the 365 days right? It was a 360 day calendar at the time, and these became 360 These extra five days to make a 365 the perfect time for her to birth her children. So new took advantage of these days. Day one Osiris day two Horus the elder day three sets day for ISIS day five Nessus she really took full advantage of this. And over the centuries, the word started to get out about these special days outside of traditional time and therefore many different divinity started to be born in that same period.

You can hear stories, mythologies, as you will you believe whatever you want to believe about Jesus and Buddha’s and Dionysus and Krishna and Mithras and Adeola. And like, there’s just so many of them. The Greeks even have their own version of this myth with Helios trying to stop Raya, so Hermes helps her add the five days. So this tells you that when there’s multiple mythologies, all with the same type of correlation in their stories, you know that there’s gotta be some truth in this. So now that you have these five extra days of time, so what does this mean? Well, in essence, these five days are extra days in the calendar. They’re days that are protected from any kind of force that can hold you back or prevent you from giving birth to a creation.

Now, take out the story of children being born right and just listen to the words carefully. These are days where you’re protected from any forces that hold you back or prevent you from giving birth to a creation. These are the days when you have the maximum synchronicity, the maximum energy so that when you launch something, now I’m gonna be very careful with my words here because when I say launch, I am not talking about a final thing. This is about giving birth, setting your intention, putting the first foot forward, taking the first step forward. This is what it is because the Egyptians really believed that in these days, time stood still. So you have this increased boost of energy, notes actions created a period of time that is not just subject to the regular rules of existence instead.

This is something that we can play with, to use it to our advantage. So it Gyptian tech states that the one who knows the names of the days will not die through the pestilence of the year and that no illness will take possession of Him meaning that if you know how to use the days because they are outside of time, right, then you are covered with a protective energy. Now that energy really applies to the things and the actions that you take because when you take an action in these days in these days of the Nativity, then the actions that you’ve taken have a certain level of protection.

This in this really intense birthing energy that is coupled with an invisibility from any kind of stagnant or wishing energy from anything that can kind of come from the outside and push it down. Isn’t this the perfect time to birth new projects? And doesn’t this now make sense as to why we do New Year’s in tensions right our New Year’s intention, the intentions we set in the year, especially if they’re coupled with some kind of action fortifies them. So when you just set an intention, that’s great, but that’s not really using the apoco mental energy, right in order for me to use the pago mental energy I want to really give them a sign that I’m serious about this. For dominaria.

We believe that the Epagomenal Days are endowed with like a special temporal density you could say that protects these future ventures that are born during these time. Therefore it’s the best best time to start a new project to begin studying something that you’ve been interested in for a long time to change some kind of habit to stop something like smoking or anything else that you’ve been wanting to do basically to give life or to signal to the universe that you are serious in this year about taking an idea that you’ve had and bringing it into the physical, you’re taking something out of the air in this special temporal density that we have and giving it another space.

Now again, I want to be really clear time to birth new projects not to scramble like a mad person trying to do everything necessary to complete an existing project. Because really, this isn’t about completing things per se. This is about giving a new start. So if you have a project that’s been going on for a long time, and you feel like you’ve been stuck, this is a great time to work on that to like kick it into the next gear. Or if you have something that you’ve worked on and that you’ve completed at one level and you want to bring it to a new level, or if you have a completely new idea that you want to bring out right the idea is about putting an action in place for success creating a plan that is going to take you there. So remember that planning is a form of action and an important one.

So you can use this time to give birth to a well thought out strategy and implement some sort of kickoff that signals to the universe to the powers that be hey, I want this protected because I want to take care of this in the next year. And most of them were kept by segment. But that stagnant energy can take so many shapes and sizes even within you so five days, really not enough. So what we’ve done here and Tom and her is really worked on that. You know how it is I rambled through my words, that those that know how to use the names of these days hold their energy and can really benefit from what the protection and the cover.

So what does it really mean to use the names seminarians believe that metod action is active process so we don’t call it meditation we call it metod action and through the intention you use and you do something you demonetize matter so ritual and awareness are really the keys to focus intention. So what takes something from an intention where you’re just like I want to do this to an intention that actually carries an energy is a combination of ritual of giving it some significance through that ritual and awareness and those two together then allows us to demonetize the matter to provide extra special energy into it, which remember, if we’re talking about days at a time that are protected, we really can imbue it with as much as possible.

So for years domande Hurrians have been setting their divine intentions during these Epagomenal Days. And kicking off many projects years after year. Important Projects for our community were always created during this period. And by consequence for humanity, we have been able to densify this time, we have helped create an even stronger and more elongated cover for birthing projects by constantly saturating this time with reflections and planning and research and gathering and action, highly charged action. We have learned how to dilate time so what was once five days can become seven or 10 or 16 or sometimes actually it can become a full month.

So for us it’s dominating and our role in this what we feel is our gift to humanity is to saturate this as much as possible through our actions in order for all of humanity to benefit from an extension of the Epagomenal days from five to much more. So this year, the Nativity lands on the 28th of December, and from the 28th of December on we start the epagomenal days, which means this is your time. This is your chance. When you’re thinking about New Year’s resolutions when you’re thinking about your intentions, whether it’s your intentional word for the year, or you’re thinking about what you want to put into practice. Now is the time to give it a little shape.

Now you don’t have to do it all you don’t have to create the entire plan. But you do want to give it an honest aware. Call it a skeleton right you want to give it a base. You want to bring in your allies. This is the time to really calling your plant friends. I know it’s winter and for those of you that are in the northern hemisphere, you might think they’re asleep, but they’re not asleep. Remember, plants during this period have a moment of reflection they’d have pulled in during the autumn time, everything that is most important to them all of the nourishment that is necessary and they are using that and bringing that within themselves. So they themselves are starting a process during the winter of me of using all of that and of creating their own intentions for the spring. Right.

So you can think of this as a reason why spring is when everything buds because I use this pago mental day energy to putt and set my intentions to create those first chemical reactions that are necessary for me to be able to bud right away in the springtime and that’s what I want you to do. So if you have a big project coming up, or if you have something that you really want to create in 2024 Now is your time to give it some shape. Now is the time for you to set the intention. Now is the time for you to put some action into it. And this is also a time for you to expand to help other members of your community improve their own connections for you to help others create their situations because even that is an intention that you’re sitting that you’re setting for everyone.

So it really is important for you to share what you’re doing. Because when you hold that intention for yourself, you sort of keep that energy cooped up within you. If instead you take whatever you’re creating, or you help others create, you magnify that energy. So this is really a time for sharing out to your village that your visibility enhances the magic. So for example, even just going into the naturally conscious community and sharing what you’re planning can really inspire another person who in turn contributes to the community and then they take action in their own life and then they share what they’re doing and you see how this magnifies. So not only is it a time for you to set awareness and intention for yourself, but it’s a time for you to share that with others so that they too can get that energy and set their intentions and their visibility for themselves.

So again, on the 28th of December, that is when the epagomenal days officially began with an activity here in Dominica, we’re going to be having a beautiful fire a beautiful firepit and we’re going to be really celebrating the launch of these days. And I myself am already creating my list of the things that I want to birth in 2024 a hint hint it is a diamond her mystery school course that is her Mystery School kicking off a new three year program with a plant’s slant inside of the naturally conscious community. And you know that we have the beat friend, your limiting beliefs webinar that is coming up at the end of January. So the 18th of January, actually mid January, I guess it would say and these are two things that are the kickoff of a whole chain of events that’s going to happen in the first half of next year.

So as you see, I am already putting my plans in place, and I have them squarely within the epagomenal days in order to kick off this program. I want to hear from you.
