Welcome to the New Year; it’s January 2024! On our last Group Mentorship Call in the Naturally Conscious Leadership group, I was asked my three biggest accomplishments for 2023. As I stopped to think, gratitude swelled and tears came to my eyes.
- The Evolution of our Naturally Conscious Community. Never could I have imagined when I launched NCC that it would become such a safe, inquisitive space for deep learning and personal development with plant friends. It is an honor to host your flourishing!! Thank you for co-creating this every day with your participation and sharing.
- Launching the ReConnect with Plant Wisdom podcast. The idea had been swimming in my mind for years, but even I get caught by my limiting beliefs. As an introverted extrovert, the whole concept felt terrifying. With some prodding by the plants, I realized that not only was it safe to do it, it was also sorely needed. The message of kin needs to be shared with a wider audience.
- Inner Peace. It would take me paragraphs and paragraphs to explain the value of waking up one morning, and realizing that I felt true peace. All the years of personal development, radical honesty, and building a work-life based on values have finally paid off. I love everything I do for you, for my communities, for humanity because I know how each piece fits into my life purpose. This guides the flow.
You have a powerful potential inside you, but sometimes you let distractions get in the way of your dreams.
You know that to create the life you want, you need to take consistent action, but old beliefs hold you back from feeling confident and motivated. So, you turn to discipline, trying to wrangle your many passions into submission, choosing one over the others.
The path to life purpose isn’t discipline, it is flow.
That’s why every month I offer you opportunities to reconnect with your true nature in order to evolve old beliefs and master how to weave together your many passions and talents into a tapestry of purpose.
As you prepare for 2024, ask yourself: What personal rules and beliefs are getting in the way of my purpose? What step can make the biggest difference here?
