According to these two studies, the answer is pretty straight forward. Both of these groups conducted fascinating experiments to study the effect of sound wave stimulation on the growth of various types of plants: medicinal, agricultural, herbal…
They used different frequencies and intensities of sound waves to treat the plants and measured their growth parameters, such as plant height, leaf area, fruit weight, and sugar content. And the findings were always the same: sound wave stimulation could significantly enhance the growth and resilience of plants, especially at the frequency of 1000 Hz.
