Plant Consciousness Commentary | How Do Plants Sense Themselves and Read Their Shapes?

How do plants sense themselves and read their own shapes?

Contrary to last week, where I thought I would breeze through and we took the whole time. This week I thought we would take time, and we breezed through it. How plants sense themselves is still a relatively unknown field.

Let me take that back… science is starting to understand the mechanics, but do they really understand what a plant is experiencing? And from that experience, if a plant reacts in an unpredicted way, doesn’t that mean that ki is aware and making decisions?

These are the real discussions in this. And these are what we talked about.

Topics Covered about how plant sense themselves:

  • Proprioception, the perception of self
  • Awareness of self as a prong of consciousness
  • What a plant sensing kiself could mean to human perception
