When I embarked on the ReConnect with Plant Wisdom podcast, the path wasn’t clear. Yet, I was certain of one thing: Plant-Human narratives needed a voice. Plants need us to stop, and listen!
Guided by Spider plant, Gherry the Silver Fir, and other Spirit Plants, each episode unfolds as a collaborative journey. Plant guides are all around us. Kin hold us, mentor us, inspired us, and push us to grow and evolve. Sometimes, kin even through challenging times.
A prime example is Dr. Patrick Hanaway—a doctor of western medicine and shaman—who aided by plant and mushroom spirit guides, found gratitude amidst cancer.

Solstice Plimpk Sighting
Happy Solstice! I celebrated the Summer ritual at home in Damanhur last Sunday. As part of my duties as a Knight, I accompanied the Magickal Instruments of the NIAL—the social leaders of the community. Plimpk took it amongst kiself to give Barys, one of the NIAL, some advice on community building while we were there. Clever little plant impkin!
